Victor L. Blackshear, CPA is our operations director providing strategies to Anointed Purpose Media (APM) for growth through operational excellence. Additionally, he provides financial planning and business consulting to APM’s clientele who seek greater efficiencies to optimize their business for stability and expansion.
He graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of North Florida. He has served as project analyst for a Fortune 500 financial institution, then a financial analyst for a leading student loan servicing corporation. Subsequently, Victor managed $95+ million in accounts receivables with staff and various technical systems for a large utility company. After obtaining his certification as a public accountant in the State of Florida, Victor became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Within with his years of corporate experience, his appreciation for small businesses and not-for- profits in society inspired him to provide them business solutions with web services as a mainstay. During this venture, he served on the Board of Governors for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. In recognition of the rapidly changing technologies and the need for holistic marketing solutions, Victor joined the APM team to provide our clientele the best of both worlds, financial and marketing expertise.
