A&R Interns

A&R Interns will assist with APM securing and developing talent. They will have a variety of responsibilities that will include, but are not limited to the following:

Finding Christian talent to sign up for APM services .
Setting up and Attending talent shows, churches, seminars and other events.
Informing potential clients of benefits of our services.
Referring clients to supervisor to set up appointments with clients to explain benefits of our services and to get them to sign up with company.
Seeking talent to sign up for our national and local talent showcases.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with media, music industry professionals
Infiltrating online resources to create and maintain an online buzz for APM
Internet and Other Marketing Research
Assisting with Event Planning
Assisting at talent showcases and other events.
Grassroots Marketing

Management Intern Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be enrolled in college.
Three (3) month minimum commitment required.
Must commit to a minimum of 10-15 hrs per week.
Must follow policies stated in the APM Intern Handbook.
Reliable transportation required.
Must have daily access to computer with high speed internet connection.
Must possess basic skills/experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Web Based Email and the Internet.
Must meet all project requirements and deadlines
Must provide supervisor with up to date contact information including at least one phone number
Must provide photo documentation of all event activities.
A cell phone is highly recommended.
Track your time using Time Tracking Software (provided)
Must submit a report of all postings and activities to your supervisor by assigned due date.
